INGREDIENTS
6 soles
½ cup mayonnaise
3 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon Ground green chillies or to taste
1 teaspoon exotic thai spice
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon garlic pepper
Salt to taste
2 tablespoon crushed garlic
½ teaspoon mixed herbs
Butter
METHOD
Combine marinade ingredients.
Smear over fish.
Place in oven proof dish.
Dot with butter and bake @ 180°C till slightly brown
Or can be pan fried in a little butter.
