4 small skinless cod fillets 1 teaspoon paprika½ teaspoon smoked paprika1 teaspoon cumin1 tablespoon lemon juiceLarge pinch of chilli flakes¾ teaspoon garlic powder 3 tablespoon oil2 tablespoon chopped corinderSalt pepper (season to your own taste)
1. Tap dry the fish (if defrosting leave over night in fridge)2. Season with salt and pepper both sides3. Mix all the other ingredients together and marinate fish4. Bake on greaseproof paper and greased oven proof dish on 200 degrees for 20-30 minutes (dependant on how thick your cod fillets are)

Lettuce (I know not very traditional !)5. Avocado6. Cucumber and tomatoes 7. Sauces sriracha Mayo (Mayo with sriracha)and avocado sauce (1 avocado 2 tablespoon mayo 3 tablespoon yoghurt salt and pepper and blend) Pick your own toppings we have had sweet corn Cooking time will vary with thickness of fish.
