RECIPE
make vagaar with grated onion and add mutton/chicken with little taj(cinnamon sticks), Elachi (cardomom), cloves and some grated marrow/squash. Then when mutton/chicken is tender add red masala, salt, arad (Turmeric), dhana jeeroo and tomatoe puree and liquidized tomato.
Add fried potatoes and dhania (coriander) and tarkari done.
For soup tarkaari to serve with rice add boiling water towards the end
sometimes add a little garam masala at the end for a different taste. But only quarter teaspoon
