Milkybar Ganache Cake

INGREDIENTS

½ cup oil
1 cup castor sugar
Mix together
Add 4 eggs
2 at a time
1 tablespoon vanilla
Beat well then add
1 cup flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
Add and mix very well
Slowly add in ½ cup boiling water and mix
Add to a greased round pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 180 till a skewer inserted comes out clean

METHOD

When cool,slit in the middle.Beat ¾ cup fresh cream with 1 tablespoon icing sugar till stiff.Add to middle of cake.Melt 1 slab milkybar chocolate,add nestle/fresh cream and mix well to form a smooth ganache.Pour over cake,and decorate as desired.
