Creamy Chicken Fettucinne

RECIPE

500g fettucinne, boiled and drained
2-3 chicken fillets, cubedCook chicken with the following:Saltghee (Clarified butter)/olive oilGreen masalaLemon pepperCajun spiceGarlic flakesDhana jeeru (cumin)Dried mixed herbsIna Paarman's pasta spice
When halfway done, add cubed red, yellow and green peppers and sliced mushrooms. Let cook then add a tin of creamstyle sweetcorn. Lastly add 250ml fresh cream and 250ml sour cream, mix well and add to pasta.
