500g fettucinne, boiled and drained
2-3 chicken fillets, cubed
Cook chicken with the following:
ghee (Clarified butter)/olive oil
Dhana jeeru (cumin)
Dried mixed herbs
Ina Paarman's pasta spice
When halfway done, add cubed red, yellow and green peppers and sliced mushrooms. Let cook then add a tin of creamstyle sweetcorn. Lastly add 250ml fresh cream and 250ml sour cream, mix well and add to pasta.
