Pepper Steak

RECIPE

1 kg steak
Make a mixture with the following and marinate steak:
Olive oil
Salt
Coarse black pepper
BBQ spice
Steak and chops spice
Garlic and herb spice
Fine red chillies
Lemon juice

Cook and when halfway done add:
1 tablespoon each of the following sauces: Tomato sauce, mustard sauce, mayonnaise, Worcester sauce, pepper sauce, garlic sauce and mushroom sauce
1 tablespoon butter
Onion rings
Diced red, yellow and green peppers
