1 chicken 1⁄4 cup lemon juice 1 teaspoon garlic 1 tablespoon fresh ginger 1 teaspoon garlic pepper 2 teaspoon red chillies 1⁄4 cup oil Salt to taste Marinate chicken and cook in oil till almost tender and add cooked sauce.
Sauce 1 packet tomato paste 250 ml plain your 250 ml fresh cream 3 tablespoon mustard sauce garlic, green chillies and fresh dhania (coriander) Boil sauce separately and add to chicken.
Rice Boil 2 cups rice and keep aside. Saute 1 onion in ghee (Clarified butter) with Jeeru (Cumin),green chillies.Add 1⁄2 cup mixed veg and 5 teaspoon spice for rice.Add boiled rice and steam. Spoon rice on a platter and place chicken ontop.Garnish with spring onions.Serve with remaining sauce on the side
