RECIPE
Dough:
1 cup cake flour
¼ packet instant yeast
Pinch salt
1 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoon oil
¼ cup milk
¼ cup water
Combine the dry ingredients and oil in a dish..heat milk and water till lukewarm..add enough to flour to make a soft dough...allow to rise..knock down and divide into 2 equal balls..roll out into a rectangle.spread with mince filling..cut into 2 fingers size slices.place in a greased round pan..allow to rise..bake at 180 till golden
MINCE
500g mince
1 large onion chopped
Chopped green pepper
2 whole green chillies
Braise whole jeera,onion,chillies and green pepper till soft..add mince then add:
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon ginger garlic
Braise then add
¼ cup sourmilk
1 tablespoon mayonaise
½ teaspoon haldi
1 teaspoon crushed red chillies
1 teaspoon chillie powder
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin) (Cumin)
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon salt
Cook till done,then add 1 ground tomatoe.
