INGREDIENTS
Dough:1 cup cake flour¼ packet instant yeastPinch salt1 tablespoon sugar4 tablespoon oil¼ cup milk¼ cup water
METHOD
Combine the dry ingredients and oil in a dish..heat milk and water till lukewarm..add enough to flour to make a soft dough...allow to rise..knock down and roll into a large rectangleCut out circles with a cutterUse filling of your choice (I used steak)Place a little filling in the middle of circle,pull up half of the dough and pinch around your thumbLay in a greased round pan slightly overlapping each otherAllow to rise..bake till golden
