Vanilla (oil) Cake

INGREDIENTS

Vanilla Cake
7 eggs
2 cups sugar
1 cup oil
1 ½ cup milk
¼ teaspoon salt
2 ¾ cup cake flour
½ cup maizena (corn flour)
Vanilla Essence
4 teaspoon heaped bakin powder

METHOD

Beat eggs till stiff.
Add in sugar & Vanilla essence. Beat
Add in milk & oil. Beat.
Add in rest of the ingredients.

Pour mixture in 2 round greased cake tins.
(Makes 40+ cup cakes)

* If eggs are large, use 6
