½ litre water
1 ½ teaspoon ghas powder
½ cup sugar
1 Tin fruit cocktail
OR Fresh fruit (Strawberries, kiwis)
1 cup cremora
1 tin condensed milk
1 small tin nestle cream
½ cup lemon juice
1 packet Tennis Biscuits
3 tablespoon soft butter
Layer 1: Boil ingredients for Ghas. Place fruit at bottom of big jelly ring mould and pour ghas over. This should set quickly.
Layer 2: Beat ingredients for layer two and pour over ghas mixture once set
Layer 3: Crush tennis biscuits and butter in magimix and gently spoon over the second layer and pat with the back of the spoon.
Refrigerate for few hours or overnight and turn over onto serving plate..
