Veggies, washed and chopped:
Sweetcorn, sweet potatoes, gem squash, butternut, carrots, mushrooms, baby marrow, patty pans, shell green peas.
Make a marinade with 5-6 tablespoon mayonnaise, salt, pepper, brown sugar, dried rosemary, thyme, garlic salt, lemon pepper, Robertsons veggie seasoning. Mix with a whisk and add water. Throw over veggies and cook on medium heat. Add butter when halfway done and cook until veggies are tender.
