1kg lamb chops
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon peri peri spice
1 teaspoon crushed red chillies
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon white pepper
½ teaspoon dhana jeeroo
¼ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 teaspoon bbq spice
1 teaspoon mustard powder
2 tablespoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon vinegar
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
2 tablespoon tomato puree
1 grated onion
Marinate Chops in above ingr 4 atleast 1hour... longer the better.
Heat 2 tblsn butter/oil in A large flat pot. Add marinated chops and cook on medium heat till done,using its own moisture. Add water only if needed.
Just b4 serving add these sauces:
2 tablespoon Tikka sauce, 2 tablespoon bbq sauce, 2 tablespoon peri peri, 2 tablespoon garlic sauce, 2 tablespoon tomato sauce, 2 tablespoon mustard sauce, 2 tablespoon chilli garlic or sweet chilli or just plain chill sauce.
1 tablespoon soya sauce
2Tbls apricot jam melt in micro. Layer chops in pan pour sauce over place onion pepper and tomato rings over and grill 4 10 minutes.
Serve with wedges
