2 to 3 mangoes peeled and diced
250 ml fresh cream, whipped
175 ml natural yoghurt
125 to 250 ml soft brown sugar
Place mangoes in an attractive serving dish.
Fold yoghurt into cream.
Spread yoghurt mixture over the mango, making sure it is well covered.
Sprinkle a generous layer of sugar on top.
Chill for at least 12 hours before serving. The sugar will form a crisp layer on top of the cream
