RECIPE
ICE CREAM ECLAIRS
1 cup water
Half cup butter
Bring to a boil
Mix in
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
Stir quickly until it forms a lump and leaves sides of pot
Remove from heat
Allow to cool
Place in mixing bowl and beat in 4 eggs one at a time..add 1tblsp vanilla and beat till velvety and smooth..grease a tray and drop spoonfulls leaving space for spreading..
Bake in a preheated oven on 200 degrees for 8 minutes then reduce heat to 180 and bake till golden..allow to cool...slit and fill middle with a scoop of ice cream..drizzle with choc and sift top with icing sugar..serve immediatly or freeze and serve as needed
