1 cup flour
1 cup castor sugar
4 eggs , separated
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
3 teaspoon baking powder
100 g wholenut / cashew and coconuts choc, grated
1⁄2 cup oil
1⁄2 cup warm water
Beat together flour, sugar, egg yolks, water and oil. Then mix in vanilla essence and baking powder, then FOLD in grated chocolate.
Beat egg whites stiff. Fold into above mixture. Bake on 180 for 45 minutes in a tube pan.
Topping 50 g dairy milk choc. Mixed with 1⁄2 tin nestle cream
