INGREDIENTS
Take three chicken fillets and season with the following:
½ teaspoon bbq spice
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice)
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon chilli garlic paste
1 tablespoon mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
METHOD
Once the chicken has marinated for a few hours in above spices dip in beaten egg and leave in the fridge for ten minutes.
thereafter dip in coconut flour seasoned with salt and chillie powder
refrigerate for another ten minutes
drizzle coconut oil and bake in oven
when almost done sprinkle mozarella cheese so it melts and enjoy
