2 cups cubed butternut 2 grated carrots 1 cup chicken cubes cooked in : 1 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) 1 teaspoon ground green chilli 1 teaspoon ginger , garlic 1 teaspoon jeera seeds 1 teaspoon dhana powder 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper 4 whole cloves 1 cinnamon stick salt to taste
1 litre water 2 cups milk ½ cup fresh cream ( optional )
handful chopped dhania (coriander)
½ cup boiled pasta
Boil butternut until soft and puree using a blender .In the meantime cook the chicken completely . Add the pureed butternut to the chicken along with the grated carrots and 1 litre water and allow all this to cook on medium heat for 30 minutes .Lastly add the milk ,cream and pasta bring to boil for 5 minutes . Add chopped dhania (coriander) and serve hot .
