2 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 tablespoon butter
2 tablespoon oil
Cold milk enough to make a soft dough
½ kg chicken fillet in cubes
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon red chilli paste
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon cape herb and spice - taco spice
1 teaspoon Robertson spicy chicken spice
Salt to taste
1 tomato grated or puréed
Tortilla : mix all the dry ingredients add butter and oil and using your fingers make like crumbs , add cold milk to make a soft dough . Leave for 15 minutes . Make small balls about 7 start rolling as thin as possible . Warm tha tawa and slightly bake both sides . Set aside in a airtight container whilst hot .
In a pan add butter and garlic and red chilli paste Add the chicken and the slices a,low to cook completely now add the puréed to tomato and allow water to dry slightly .
Chop 1 red onion
Chop 1 tomato
Slice 1 avo
If you want to make a bowl preheat oven . Take a steal bowl add 1 tortilla at a time in the bowl and let this crisp and remove from oven .
If you do not like a crispy burrito then Just add all the fillings to the tortilla and fold close and serve
Assemble for bowl :
Add chicken to bowl , all the chopped stuff and lastly cream and serve .
