Roasted Corn with chilli
Boil Desired amount of corn on cob in water on medium heat until tender.
Heat a grill pan on high heat , add some butter to the pan. Add the corn and grill on each side for about two minutes or until brown grill marks form.
Leave aside on a platter.
In a small bowl , add 3 tablespoon mayonnaise , dash of Tabasco sauce and ¼ teaspoon Chili powder. Mix and add on the corn.
Sprinkle feta on the corn , fresh parsley , cayenne pepper and squeeze some fresh lemon juice.
