Sizzling hot chicken
1chicken disjoint.
1 teaspoon red ginger garlic masala.
1 teaspoon salt.
1 teaspoon chilli powder.
1lemon squeezed.
1tbls tomato sauce.
2tblsp steers peri peri sauce.
1 teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice).
8tblsp oil.
Cook till done.
Put on oven tray. Seperately:
boil half cup of the mixture of sauces.
1piece of butter.
Brush each piece with sauce.
Sprinkle peri peri on each piece.
Grill in oven till sizzling:p. Mixture of sauces: 2tblsp nandos hot sauce. 2tblps nandos garlic peri peri sauce.
2tblsp nandos wild herb sauce.
2tblsp nandos chakalaka or the all joy chakalaka
