Fry prawns in butter till pink. (just few minutes)
Marinate: (Mix and set aside) ¼ cup lemon 🍋 juice 1 teaspoon garlic 2 teaspoon chilli garlic masala 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon lemon pepper ½ teaspoon Aromat (a South African Spice) 2 tablespoon mayonnaise
Warm butter in a pan, thick slice of butter then add the prawns 1 by 1 first cook the bottom then the shell. Prawns must be butterflied.
Once they turn pink on both sides throw into marinate.
Once all prawns are butter fried. Marinate for an hour before pan frying.
Warm tava then grill prawns tava.
Serve with lemon butter sauce.
Lemon butter sauce: Thick slice of butter, 2 tablespoon lemon juice, 1 tablespoon mayo, 1 teaspoon garlic, sprinkle Aromat (a South African Spice). Whisk. Switch off once it boils.
