125gr butter 1⁄2 cup sugar 3 eggs 2 tablespoon cocoa 3⁄4 cup milk 1 cup flour 2 teaspoon b powder
Cream the butter and sugar until creamy. Add 1 egg, 2 yolks and beat until combined. Sift flour, b powder and cocoa and mix into the batter alternating with milk. Pour half the mixture into the tin. Top with bounty then remaining mixture. Bake at 180 until done. Top with icing or ganache.
Bounty mixture: Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold in half cup icing sugar and 1 cup coconut.
Ganache Melt 1 x 150g dairy milk Add in 1⁄2 cup cream Mix till smooth.
