RECIPE

(My version)
Half cup fine vermecilli
Boil till soft
Few tablespoon tukmaria/subjha seeds
Soak in boiling water till puffy.drain water
1 box strawberry jelly
Prepare as per box instructions..once set grate and mix with vermeccili and seeds
Place in the bottom of glasses
Blend together:
1 litre milk
Sugar to taste
Rose syrup
Pour in glasses
Add a scoop of ice cream to glass and drizzle with rose syrup and seeds.
