½ onion, finely chopped Sauté then add: 2-3 cubed chicken fillets Salt Pepper Dhana jeeru (cumin) Green masala Oil / ghee (Clarified butter) Let cook with a little water. When halfway done add 1 cup frozen mixed veggies. When cooked add 1 small tin creamstyle sweetcorn. Mix 1 packet knorr thick vegetable soup or white onion soup or mix half a packet of each together if preferred. Follow packet instructions with amount of water required then add to the chicken and let simmer on medium heat until thickened, stirring occasionally. Add ½ cup boiled elbow macaroni, 2 tablespoon milk and ¼ cup fresh cream just before serving.
