RECIPE
250g butter
¾ cup castor sugar
Beat till creamy then add:
2 tablespoon cocoa
2 cups coconut
1 teaspoon baking powder
Pinch of bicarb
2 ½ cups flour
Roll out dough on a floured surface.cut out shapes..bake at 180 till done..remove from oven,rebake to crisp if neccesary..spread with melted diary milk/baking chocolate..top with grated peppermint crisp...
