INGREDIENTS
½ kg high fat beef mince
1 heaped teaspoon crushed garlic(fresh)
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
1 teaspoon ground Jeeru (Cumin)(cumin)
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)(turmeric)powder
1 ½ chopped green chillies
1 teaspoon ginger/garlic masala
Handful of dhania (coriander)(coriander leaves)
METHOD
Wash mince and drain.Add all the ingredients to the mince and blend just a little bit in mixer.You will see the mince very soft and easy to handle at this point.Use a seekh kebab skewer(metal one with wooden handle)and take a golf ball size of mince at a time and poke the stick through.Now use your fingers to shape it around the stick to get a seekh kebab shape.U can leave it on the skewer and grill on a indoor grill/braai (bbq),I usually remove it from the skewer.Serve with a lemon butter sauce made with:4 tablespoon lemon juice,30g butter and 4 tablespoon cooking cream.Heat all on a stove while stirring constantly.
