Bismillah hir Rahman nir Raheem

250g butter
¾ cup castor sugar
Beat till light and fluffy
Add in 1 egg
1 & ½ cups maziena (corn flour)
1 & ½ cups chopped pecans.
Flour as required
Roll into logs
Cut slices
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees till golden brown.
Once baked and cooled Sift icing sugar.
