INGREDIENTS
Marshmallows
1 cup water
2 cup sugar
2 teaspoon gelatin
½ cup boiling water
Colour
METHOD
-Boil 1 cup water with 2 cup sugar to make chasne.
Leave aside to cool.
-In a bowl put ½ cup boiling water, gelatin & colour. Beat for 10 minutes.
-Add chasne to bowl.
-Beat for over 20 minutes until it forms like whipped thick cream.
-Pour creamy mixture to an oily dish.
-Allow to set (2-3 hrs)
-Cut in squares using an oily knife.
-Roll onto coconut.

INFO & TIPS
Note: make sure mixture is very creamy (like whipped cream) before setting in a dish. That's the tricky part.
