125g soft butter
1cup sugar
3eggs
1/2cup milk
1 ½ cups flour
3 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
¼ teaspoon ground Elachi (cardomom)
Beat all the ingredients together for about 10 minutes.
Bake at 180 for +-30 minutes.
Cool.
Top with burfee glace icing.
Sprinkle coloured almonds.
Burfee glace icing:
1/2cup icing sugar
½ cup klim
1 tablespoon very soft butter
2tblsp boiled milk
Pinch of ground Elachi (cardomom)
Rose essence to taste
Mix all ingredients until smooth and creamy.
