1 Chicken butterflied
2 teaspoon garlic
1 ½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon chilli powder
1 teaspoon red crushed chillies
½ teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)
½ teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
1 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 tablespoon lemon juice.
Marinate and cook on high with ghee (Clarified butter) till
water burns out.
1 cup fresh cream
2 tablespoon tomato paste
3 tablespoon Nandos Garlic peri peri
3 tablespoon Nandos Xtra hot peri peri
1 slice garlic butter
Boil.Place cookd chicken in oven tray and
pour sauce over.
Fry potato wedges,throw around chicken and add onion rings and coloured julienne peppers.
Slit green chillies and add dhania.
Grill for +-20mins
Serve with a smile and garlic bread or portuguese rolls.
