2 eggs 2/3 cups sugar ¼ cup oil +/- 10 cups flour ¼ lb butter- very soft 2 teaspoon salt 2 packets yeast Lukewarm milk and water to make dough Beat the eggs, sugar and oil. Add dry ingredients. Add milk and water. Knead dough- very soft. Bind with ghee (Clarified butter)/butter. Cover tight. Leave to rise for long. Form balls, and leave to rise again. Bake on 220 C then lower to 180 C. remove from oven. Spread little butter/ghee (Clarified butter). Leave to stand for 5 minutes. Cover with a cloth.
