Butter Chicken

INGREDIENTS

1/2kg chicken fillet cubed
1 teaspoon ginger/garlic masala
1 ½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon tumeric powder
1 teaspoon crushed garlic
4 tblspns tomato purée
1 cup cooking cream
60g butter

METHOD

Marinate chicken in all ingredients except butter and cooking cream for atleast 2 hours.Melt butter in a pot,add chicken and cook until chicken is almost done.Now add the cooking cream and cook in low heat for about 2 minutes.Serve garnished with coriander leaves.💛
