INGREDIENTS
500g Turkey Thighs Sliced & Cubed
1 Onion sliced thinly
90 ml oil (add more if u prefer)
1 Star
2 Cinamon Sticks
1 bay leaf 1 Sprig curry leaf
2 teaspoon Crushed Ginger and garlic
2 tablespoon Hot Curry powder
1 Green Chilli Sliced in half
1 Tomatoes diced into small pieces
¼ Cup Peas
50ml Water
Salt as per your limit
Fresh coriander leaves and few curry leaves ( to Garnish )
METHOD
Fry the onion in a heated oil until tender, add, Cinnamon stick, bay leaf and star.and stir till almost brown.
Then add your tomatoes and Curry leaves, Add the garlic and ginger.
When a tomatoes have softened a bit add the ginger/ garlic mix.
Then stir in the curry powder. Add a little water to prevent masala from burning.
Quickly add the sliced turkey pieces and mix thoroughly. do not add water Cook for about 10 minutes. Only add the water when oil comes up to the top. Add the peas and green chilies and cook for a further 30 minutes. Switch off Stove and after 5 minutes add your coriander ( dhania (coriander) ) and a few curry leaves for flavor and garnishing.

Best Served with Rice or Roti.
