Clean, cut , wash&boil veggies til soft .
Mix together 2 tablespoon oil
Crushed red chillies
2 tablespoon lemon juice
Mix everything together, cover with foil and bake in a preheated oven on 180. Til misxture thikens(you could also use veggies of your choice)

Nb. I didn't boil my veggies jst steamed longer in oven. Spices use accordingly.
