INGREDIENTS
Filling for buns can be any saucy filling of your choice... whether it's chicken... steak... veggie...etc
Dough5 cups white flour2 tblspoon sugar1 teaspoon salt1 packet dry yeast1 teaspoon baking powder¾ cup oil1 egg beaten 1 ½ cup warm milk1 ½ cup warm water
METHOD
☆mix all the dry ingredients (preferably in a stainless steel dish... helps for quick rising of dough). ☆Beat all the rest of the ingredients☆make a soft pliable ☆leave it to raise till double the volume☆roll out on floured surface, cut with a round cutter (makes all the buns the same size)☆put your filling and close and shape into a bun☆brush with egg ☆bake on 180 until golden ☆☆☆☆ don't place the buns too close to each other... leave sufficient space... as they raise quite a bit...
