Filling for buns can be any saucy filling of your choice... whether it's chicken... steak... veggie...etc Dough5 cups white flour2 tblspoon sugar1 teaspoon salt1 packet dry yeast1 teaspoon baking powder¾ cup oil1 egg beaten 1 ½ cup warm milk1 ½ cup warm water
☆mix all the dry ingredients (preferably in a stainless steel dish... helps for quick rising of dough). ☆Beat all the rest of the ingredients☆make a soft pliable ☆leave it to raise till double the volume☆roll out on floured surface, cut with a round cutter (makes all the buns the same size)☆put your filling and close and shape into a bun☆brush with egg ☆bake on 180 until golden ☆☆☆☆ don't place the buns too close to each other... leave sufficient space... as they raise quite a bit...
