INGREDIENTS
Couple slices bread
Couple slices polony
3- 4 eggs beaten
1 tablespoon milk
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon Crushed (chilli( red or green)
Green dhania (coriander)
Oil to fry
METHOD
Cut slices in 4's in squares triangles or round Smear one side only with red chutney or just tomato sauce .place polony on the smeared sauce..cover with the other sliced bread..press slightly ..Dip in beaten egg mixtureFry till golden brown Enjoy
