Thousand island dressing:
Blend 1 egg for 30 seconds.
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
2-3 tabs vineger
1 teaspoon sugar
Add in little oil @ a time, while blender is on (about 3⁄4 cup) till it forms a thick mayonaise.
Add in about 3 tabs heinz ketchup.
Also add in 1 drop (only 1) of pink or red colour.
Marinate in Salt & lemon juice.
Lay in a frying pan
Steam in 1⁄4 cup water & 2-3 tabs of oil.
Cover with lid so prawns cook well.
Cook for about 5 minutes (do not over cook).
In a dish lay shredded cabage.
Cover with a layer of shredded lettuce.
Add in cumumber strips.
Add in carrot strips
Add Avocado pieces.
cover with dressing.
Put prawns over dressing.
Decorate with lemon (& tomatoes).
