RECIPE
1 kg mince washed and drained
Process together with :
2 onions
2 eggs
Chopped dhania (coriander)
Red and green chillies to taste
2 teaspoon ginger garlic
2 slices bread
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
1 teaspoon dhana jeeru (cumin)
1 teaspoon crushed red chillies
½ teaspoon garam masala
¼ pound butter cubed
1 teaspoon baking powder
Mix well..
Pat into loaf pan..steam or bake in oven until golden and done..
Drizzle with sauce of choice
I made mixing fresh cream,lemon juice,mayo,little butter,salt and pepper
