1 packet carrots ( 6 cups ) grated
1 red,yellow ,green pepper. chopped
sliced green chillies according taste
6 tablespoon Methi (Fenugreek) (achaar) masala
3 cups vinger
1 ½ cup sugar
2 tablespoon full maziena
Boil till thick. Mix into carrots
Make wagaar of the following
¼ cup oil
1 teaspoon mustard seeds
2 tablespoon tal (sesame seeds)
sliced green chilies
handful of curry leaves
Add to carrots . mix well.
Store UB fridge.
