1 packet carrots ( 6 cups ) grated1 red,yellow ,green pepper. choppedsliced green chillies according taste6 tablespoon Methi (Fenugreek) (achaar) masala
Boil together 3 cups vinger1 ½ cup sugar2 tablespoon full maziena
Boil till thick. Mix into carrots
Make wagaar of the following¼ cup oil 1 teaspoon mustard seeds2 tablespoons tal (sesame seeds)Sliced green chilieshandful of curry leavesAdd to carrots . mix well. Store in fridge.
