Braise 1 onion with jeera and whole red chillies in little ghee (Clarified butter)..
Add 200g mutton,steak or chicken pieces..
Add to meat
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
1 teaspoon greeen chillies
1 tblps lemon juice
¼ cup sourmilk
Braise a little then add
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon crushed red chillies
½ teaspoon haldi
1 teaspoon chilli powder
In a pot boil,with salt and ¼ teaspoon haldi
When soft drain..
Add to meat..with two ground tomatoes and 2 tablespoon coconut cream..(Optional)
Mix well allow to steam for 15-20 minutes..
