INGREDIENTS
Pasta of your choice
3 *Assorted Peppers finely chopped
1* Union finely chopped
1* punnet button mushrooms
1* house of Garlic
Generous amount of chopped dhania (coriander)/coriander
3* tbspoon butter
15ml oil
METHOD
Boil pasta as per instructions...fry onion in oil until transparent and add peppers, stirring until peppers are soft but still firm. add chopped mushrooms, garlic and butter, fry over medium heat. when mushrooms are soft, add your dhania (coriander)/coriander and let it simmer, make sure that it doesn't stick to the pan. add mixed herbs and take it of the heat. Make your white sauce as you like, adding mozzarella and gouda to the sauce, once thicken pour over pasta and mix through your onion and pepper mix...grate more cheese on top and bake for 5min...and you all done, simple and tasty
INFO & TIPS
make sure that you onion mix are not dry, don't add too much oil rather use butter, gives it a better taste
