INGREDIENTS

2 eggs,½ cup oil,cup sugar,250 ml pumpkin,1 cup flour,teaspoon baking powder,½ teaspoon bicarb,half teaspoon cinnamon,½ teaspoon nutmeg

METHOD

Mix eggs sugar oil till smooth add pumpkin mix through add dry ingredients mix well bake for 50 minutes in loaf tin
