500g chicken fillet cut into strips
1 teaspoon dhana Jeeru (Cumin)
1 teaspoon ginger garlic
red masala ( depending on how strong you like)
salt to taste
2 tablespoon mayonaise
3 tablespoon sour milk
2 tablespoon tomato
2 tablespoon nandos peri peri sauce
1 onion sliced
1 green pepper sliced
1 tomato finely cubed
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
½ teaspoon mixed herbs
2 tablespoon chilli sauce
2 tablespoon nandos peri peri sauce
±150ml fresh cream
marinate chicken with ingredients &
cook halfway with ghee (Clarified butter) (Clarified butter).., saute the veggies with butter and spices & add to half cooked
chicken ,once
the chicken is cooked add fresh cream & sauces + 3 tablespoon tomato paste (optional)
simmer and serve
