INGREDIENTS
•500g chicken fillet- cut into strips.
•2 teaspoon garlic.
•½ teaspoon red chilli paste.
•1 teaspoon chilli powder.
•1½ teaspoon dhana jeeroo.
•1 teaspoon salt.
•2 tablespoon lemon juice.
•3 tablespoon butter.
--------
•½ green & red peppers- julienned.
•1 punnet mushroom sliced.
•1 small onion sliced.
SAUCE:
•250ml fresh cream.
•2 tablespoon tomato paste.
•2 tablespoon Peri Peri sauce.
•4 tablespoon Prego sauce.
•2 tablespoon Nandos garlic peri peri sauce.
METHOD
1. Marinate fillet in above and cook in butter.
2. When halfway cooked add pepper pepper strips, mushrooms and onion.
3. Cook till all water burns out. Keep aside. 4. Mix sauces and give 1 boil. Add it to the chicken and mix.
