Caramel mint ice cream
My brothers creation
2 litre vanilla ice cream softened
1 tin caramel smoothened
1 box mint flavoured Romany creams chopped
1 big slab mint chocolate grated
Mix well
Place in mould/ tub and freeze
Serve as desired
