Vetkoek
6 cups flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 packet yeast
2 teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoon butter
Make dough with warm water+milk
Leave to rise
Roll balls
Flatten each ball on palm and fill with 1 teaspoon red chutney and 1 tablespoon cooked mince. (you can fill with any filling you like) Close carefully. Leave to rise for 20-30 minutes only. (if it over rises it falls flat again) fry in med-hot oil until light golden.at this stage u can freeze. When ready to eat fry again until warmed through. Can fry without filling and serve with chutney/achaar or as desired.
