Wagaar grated onion in ghee (Clarified butter)/oil Add chicken mince and whole jeeru (cumin) When mince turns white add salt,red masala,red chillie powder,arad (Turmeric),dhana Jeeru (Cumin) powder. Cook When water almost burnt add liquidised tomatoes and fried potatoes. Cook until done. Serve with rotis.
Mince in Baby brinjals Same method as above, leave out potatoes. Add inkomasi to cooked mince, fill into baby brinjals(discard tops, scoop out flesh). Steam until brinjals are soft.
