1 cup cake flour
2 cups gram flour
3 teaspoons baking powder
2 teaspoons salt
SIFT all the above ingredients together.
Then add :
4 teaspoons dhania (coriander) and jeera powder
2 teaspoons crushed rough red chillies
1 teaspoon whole jeera seeds
I crush all my greens in the food
1 large onion
1 bunch dhania (coriander)
5 green chillies
Add greens to flour mixture.
Add in water to make your bhajia mixture.
Fry in hot oil.
