2 cups sugar
1 egg white
½ teaspoon cream of tartar
6 teaspoon gelatine dissolved in 1 cup boiling water
Put sugar,egg white and cream of tartar in a clean and dry kenwood bowl sprayed with spray and cook...mix well,add gelatine mixture + 2 teaspoon vanilla essence..beat for ½ and hour until mixture is thick and glossy add colour of choice or leave white ...work quickly,put in a greased tray ,allow to set overnight in fridge...cut in squares and dip in toasted coconut..
